This was the capstone of the first full year that SunTrust spent under their new onUp Movement. We used personal stories from the three major segments they serve—Communities, Teammates and Clients—to reinforce the impact the movement was having and how it tied in with their platform of Lighting the Way to Financial Well-Being.

By 2017, SunTrust had more of a story to tell about the onUp Movement. The focus of the Annual Report was recognizing the progress that had been made so far, and unveiling the next steps they were taking to help people on their journey to financial confidence.

SunTrust wanted to drive awareness and adoption of its digital banking solutions—but they needed an overall campaign messaging strategy that would allow for unified communications across all communication channels that took into account a diverse set of targets (both clients and prospects.) We developed this strategy document to help sell in the campaign internally and to give both our clients and partner agencies the background to make sure we were all creating messaging that was on-target in both tone and content.
